Do I need the receipt to avail the warranty of the HTC Desire C?
My desire c quit working & is still under warranty but i got this as a gift at christmas. can i get a replacement without a receipt?

Unfortunately, you need the receipt. Try contacting HTC if there's anything else you can do about this.
