Why does the BlackBerry Q10 instantly delete incoming emails?
My inbox keeps only the emails I send out. Incoming emails get instantly deleted.

Hi michelle. Please check if the mails from your mail server had been downloaded to your E-mail program on your desktop, in which case, you cannot see it on your Q10. To ensure mail is still on Q10, you must program your Outlook for example to retain the mails in the server. One other point other users noticed is that sent mails from Q10 dont get stored in the sent box of your web mail. To do this you have to configure your e-mail account in IMAP. with this I could get my sent mail copies on my sent items in webmail.
