How to connect the Blackberry 8310 and the PC?

My blackberry 8310 is not connected with data cable ,i already install cd in pc but it it is not showing in my computer

    You can try this: To get the PC to recognize the blackberry, leave the Blackberry plugged in and take the battery out. Leave it out for 5 seconds and put it back in. See if it detects after that. If you're referring to it not connecting on Desktop Manager, you have to go to Options > Connection Settings, select None in the drop-down and then click Detect. source
