Hi Marek. The first thing you should do is contact Public Mobile and notify them that you have misplaced your phone. By doing this, they can block the phone so that others cannot use it.

Next..you'll have a decision to make. Wait and search for your lost phone or replace it with new model at full price or possibly an upgrade pricing depending on what Public Mobile offers you.

You need to call Public Mobile however and discuss your options with them.
