You can buy the HTC Wildfire S from Bell Mobility. It isn't unlocked though. You can purchase it for $249.95 without any contract.

thnx for the info. but the link u gave me is only for usa. i want to buy in ontario please tell me where i can get it without an agreement and how much is it? and till how long will my phone be locked???
Sam. Sorry but it appears we have no Canadian sellers are currently offering that phone in our database. The link above to eBay sellers however should give you some options. Although many of those sellers are located in the US, many of them will ship to Canada. With eBay's sellers ratings and payments via PayPal, its a pretty secure way to buy.
Alternatively, you might want to contact Pure Mobile. Pure Mobile is located in Canada and specializes in the sale of unlocked handsets. While I don't see the Wildfire on their site specifically, they may be able to get it in for you.

If you buy from Bell, you can have the phone unlocked anytime you decide to use it with a different network.
