Wind Mobile plans don't include free phones. But you can get a free phone if you put it on your WINDtab (you must pass credit check to get WINDtab credit). You can get up to $150 WINDtab credits which you can use to get a phone. Then every month, Wind takes an amount equal to 10% of your pre-tax bill and knock it off your WINDtab balance. When your balance hits zero, you are considered paid for the phone.
