Is SpeakOut available in Quebec?
If i have a unlocked blackberry, and if i by a sim card, is it possible to activate my phone et using '100 Minutes + Unlimited Text'

SpeakOut is available in Quebec. Your unlocked BlackBerry GSM phone should work on their network. But to be sure, bring your phone to a SpeakOut store so that reps can check the compatibility on the spot.
Checking out on their website, it says available everywhere EXCEPT QUEBEC!
