How to set MP3 ringtone in Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen)?

In moto g2 if i set mp3 as phone ringtone.. not working. if i set by using phone ringtone folder and status in on mode. ring tone is not working .. need help?

Hmm.. That's odd. Try using Ringdroid (link), it helped me once. Try it and let us know how it goes.
