I have had this prepaid solo cell phone for years, however I let the amount go to zero and than forgot to put any funds on the phone for a number of months. I recently
tried to prepay $30.00 by mastercard but the #7656 always rang busy. I than called 1-877-999-76566 and after hanging on for over an hour for my call to be answered the lady told me I had to call Dial Mobility at 1-888-466-2453. They informed me they do not deal with solo phones and transferred me back to Solo Mobility. A male answered the call but informed me he had to transfer me to the prepaid department. This line was busy and I again was put on hold. I held fore a period of time but because of an other commitment I had to hang up. I am trying to determine if a cell phone can be re-activated?? Thank you.

I cannot charge my samsung 320 cell phone, and I need a new phone.
How much would a new one cost me.

Hi Cathy. Please contact Solo Mobile. Their customer reps should check your account and be able to tell when it is possible for you to get a phone upgrade.
