Send in a question yesterday to customer service regarding pay as you go accounts, received a phone call this afternoon from Diane Budoma, customer service at Rogers, ....just want to thank her very much for helping me out.....and removing much frustration from me as I tried to deal with my problem locally, at a Rogers Store in Sudbury, ont. and was told it could not be done!!!!!!

Just wanted to give a Shout Out to her for solving my problems and explaining it to me...as a senior...it takes me a little longer to comprehend...but you went above and beyond in solving my problems.
