Why won't the Kobo Arc turn on?
I went home to use my Kobo Arc when it surprised me when it didn't turn on. I tried plugging it in to the charger and resetting it, but nothing seems to work. The battery is full, What can I do?

Hi Teanna. Hold the power button down for more than 20 seconds and see if it turns on. If not, I found one Kobo Arc user that experienced the same, what he did is holding volume down & power for more than 10 seconds. If those fails to fix the problem, I suggest that you contact Kobo.
