Unfortunately, doesn't have repair centers like other companies do in case you need you device repaired. Their warranty works on an exchange basis only provided the device is still under warranty and no physical damage is found. If you really want it repaired, maybe you should try bringing your tablet to a cell phone repair shop. Good luck!
