Why weren't my contacts transferred to my new Koodo Mobile LG phone after installing the SIM card?
I just recieved a new lg koodo phone. My old one was water damaged. When the sim card was transferred to the new phone...only the email contacts transferred over. None of my phone contacts did. why is that?

Which phone were you using before? And what's the new phone? And are you sure contacts are saved in SIM card? Most smartphone today, contacts are saved in phone memory and backed up on your Google account.
