Why don't text messages show up on my ZTE Maven?
My children have sent me messages but they are not showing up on my new phone?

My husband and I both have Zte Maven phones. He can send and receive text with pictures attached fine. I cannot send or receive text with pictures attached. I can send and receive text without pictures attached. What do I do to fix this. We checked his settings against mine and they both looked the same. Please help! These are new phones. We haven't had them 30 days yet.
