Is it possible to charge the Nokia E63 using the USB car charger adapter?

Yes, I downloaded the necessary drivers & still doesn't charge. Also how is it possible to transfer media files (ex. music). My PC will not sync with this Nokia. The Nokia is seen as a "mass storage" & using a DATA card does nothing to enhance these features. Memory is full & there seems to be no way of unloading these files to my PC.

    It isn’t possible to charge your Nokia E63 using the USB car charger adapter.
    As for transferring or synchronizing files such as contacts, photos, messages and music, you need to download and install the Nokia Ovi Suite.
