How to upload the Palm Tungsten E2 contacts to a new phone?
Can I upload my Palm Tungsten E2 contacts from my Desktop backup to a new Palm phone???
Or can I convert these contacts to CSV files to export to my Google contact list?

You may upload your contacts from your previous phone to your new one with the use of Palm Desktop 6.2 and HotSync Manager given that your new phone is also supported by the software.
