How to resolve issue on my BlackBerry Curve 9220?
Home screen shows a icon says "loading" and i am unable to go to any other icon/app. The keys or scroll pad does not work.

Blackberry 9220 while I am talking suddenly switch off entire system. then I switch on again off.
What will do?
Try this - Connect your BlackBerry to computer without battery and start reloading the OS. When it reaches the stage where it say connecting to JVM, insert the battery while the phone is still plugged in. Give it a few minutes and it should connect and be good to go. source
