How to remove water inside the screen of my phone?

Got water inside the front screen . still works & looks like a lava lamp. how can i make it go away?

    Have your phone checked with an expert. They should know how to deal with it. If you decide to do it on your own you can try putting your phone in a jar filled with uncooked rice and seal it. You should remove the battery from the phone and also place it in the jar. The rice should absorb the moisture from your phone so leave it there for a few days. A week or so should be better.
