How to log-in to Koodo Mobile account?

i cant get in to load account i dial star 611 and it keeps saying dial star 611
Go the the Koodo Mobile page and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Manage Your Account. You will be transferred to the Self Serve account page. If you haven't seen the Self Serve page, you probably don't have an account yet. Click on Register Now to create an account.
