How to fix LG Rumor that lost signal after being dropped on the floor?
I dropped it on my cement flooring and now it says I have no service and I don't know if I have to go in and buy a new one or is there a way to fix it?

Your phone most likely got damaged from the fall. Go to the store you purchased your phone from to have it fixed. Repair would not be covered by warranty and could be expensive depending on the parts that need to repaired or replaced. If cost would be more than the cost of your phone, it's better to just buy a new one.
