Your spending limit takes into account billed and unbilled charges. Just visit Koodo Mobile Self Serve page (link) to find the charges billed on your last bill and pending unbilled charges included in your spending limit.
You may also check the amount left on your spending limit by calling *611 from your Koodo phone and using the automated system.
If you notice that you're consistently exceeding your spending limit, you may want to change your plan or add-ons.
