How does Virgin Mobile Canada and Rogers prepaid billing works?
Do they charge you the $$ at the end of the month? beginning of the month? or as soon as you activate the phone? Please tell me! I need to know A.S.A.P. thank you.

For Rogers and Virgin Mobile Canada, the monthly debit date depends on the day your plan started. For example if your plan started on June 12, the monthly debit date would be on the 12th of each month.
