Some time ago Doro helped me disable my email usage on PAYG (with Vodaphone) at my request which I now wish to Enable. I have spoken to Doro and we went through the procedure together on a one to one basis. This took almost 1 hour! However it would'nt accept the password I was giving. Can you tell me whether I should be using the password that I log into when viewing my telephone bill (from Fleur Telecom which deals with Talk Talk accounts for my rural location) or should it be anything to do with Vodaphone? I am thoroughly confused and at a loss to know what to do. Dora are emphatic that all of my settings are correct and. Can someone help please!!
