How to turn off predictive text on the Samsung Galaxy Centura?

Hi Annette! Open Settings --> Language & input --> Under KEYBOARD & INPUT METHODS, make sure only Android Keyboard is checked. Open settings of Android Keyboard (it's on its right) --> turn off Auto-correction. Hope that helps!
