Hi Georgeen. Connect your computer with a data cable. Once connected you should see a notice on your phone asking if you would like to connect to mass storage. Choose Yes. Your phone should appear as a Removable Device in My Computer. You can now transfer your files to and from your computer.

Another easy way of transferring is by sending your picture to yourself through email and downloading it on your computer.
