How can you change the user data on a LG 4600?

My brother gave me his old cellphone (LG4600). There was no problem reactivating it, but I cannot find a way to change niggling little details-- such as redirecting it to my voicemail box, instead of his. The manual is conspicuously silent on this detail. Not only does it not tell you how to change it, the manual gives no information on how to even enter it in the first place.
