As per checking the user manual, there seems to be no call blocking features. You can ask your wireless provider instead if they do offer call blocking services.
Settings - Calls - General - Auto Reject
Switch activation on then go to reject list hit Options - Create
Put the number in you want blocked and make sure its checked. Check the Unknown box to block unknown callers.
