Unfortunately Koodo Mobile does not offer a feature that allows you to block calls and text messages from a specific number. In order for you to avoid receiving calls and text messages from an unwanted number, they can offer you the option to change your number instead.

You can change your phone number online at koodomobile.com at no extra cost by setting up a Self Serve account. You will access the main page of your Koodo account. From there, click on the “Mobile Phone” tab. Then, click on the "Change Number" tab and follow the instructions provided. After you have successfully changed your phone number, dial *22803 on your mobile phone and press SEND. This will program your new number and assign it to your mobile phone.

If you have a smartphone, you can download a third-party app that has a black list feature. All calls from a number that is included in the black list will automatically be ignored. While text messages will not go to your inbox. Instead they will be stored on the app so you may view them later if you want to.
