How do you unfreeze the Samsung SPH-M300?

The phone turns on but will not get past the logo on the start up.

    If this problem keeps on occurring every time you switch on your phone, then it must be a firmware issue. Upgrade your phone's firmware to the latest version and see if the problem still exist. If it still does, it's time for you to visit the store where you purchased your phone to have it fixed.
