Download and install ES File Explorer from Google Play. This is a free app you won't want to be without. It allows you to move all kinds of files around on your SD card and internal phone. A must have app!

You need to use an app such as Apps 2 SD to transfer installed apps to SD card from the phone memory. You can only use this if your phone has already been rooted.
