If your Alcatel one touch Pixi Glitz phone is driving you crazy by talking this is the steps to take:
1. Turn phone on
2. Type in unlock code
3. Press square button on bottom right hand of phone.
4. Click on Setting on screen
5. Use both thumbs on screen to scroll the screen up.
6. Click on Battery
7. Use both thumbs to on screen to scroll to Talk Back.
8. Click on Talk Back.
9. Click on Force Stop.

I hope this helps. I spent several hours trying to figure it out since I don't really use cell phones. I was ready to return my phone. I couldn't find the solution on the internet anywhere. Good Luck and God Bless.
