Hi Amber, if you are using a microSD card (memory card) with your Huawei U2801, try to put the music files on it first before you insert it into the phone. If it's already inserted, just connect the phone to your computer and transfer music to a folder on the memory card while it's in the phone. You can even make a new Music folder in there if there isn't one already. Let us know how that works out!
