If you're with Sprint, you can transfer contacts to a new phone with Sprint Mobile Sync.When you activate a new phone, your existing contacts information is sent to the phone upon activation.

If it's from one Sanyo phone to another, you can use the Sanyo DataPilot Software to transfer your contacts.

If it's from/to a Sanyo Pro 700 to/from another phone brand, I'm afraid you have to add all your contacts manually to your new phone.
