How to stop the Samsung Galaxy Ace II X to speak when receiving calls or messages?

How do i get my stop talking to me when calls, texts or emails r received. only want ring tone, no voice announcement?

can't stop my samsung galaxy from talking when i get a text, or turn it on. it's not the talkback setting

Tks Carl P, re question on talk back. Ur suggestion worked.

Open Settings --> Accessibility --> turn off TalkBack

Please let me know if that works. :)
