How to enable call to emergency phone numbers on the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 through the lock screen?

we have a group called "ICE". how do i enable calling to this group through my lock screen. it is important to set it as it can be fatal to have a locked screen in case if emergency arrives and no oe can reach your emergency contacts
