Bring up call log,HOLD finger over name window will come up with delete name from call log

I have tried the above, I can find the dialler but I cannot find the log menu/ logs menu to enable the delete.

Please Help

Try this - From the home screen touch Dialer > Logs > Menu > Delete. Mark the selected call logs you want to delete or choose Select All to delete all call logs.
