I bought a PC $15 mobile phone card (minutes) I pressed *611 and it keeps saying that my account is currently inactive and to top up .

You first need to apply the top up amount to your PC mobile account balance. Here's how:
1. Call #PCMO from your PC mobile phone or 1-877-284-6361 from any other phone
2. Follow the voice prompts and enter the card when asked
3. The card number is valid for one-time users only
* Remember to keep your receipt as you’ll need to enter the PIN printed on it. Top up before your current account credit balance expires and it will carry forward.
