How can I get ahold of a Koodo Mobile representative?

I phoned in & talked to a rep. to cancel the phone. She asked the reason so I said when you get off the # 1 highway we have no cell so I said we want to cancel. She then said she would transfer me to cancellation dept. I was on the phone for 35 minutes; either that dept is very busy or she never transferred me. I phoned in again & I said the phone was lost just to get ahold of somebody . Boy it didn't take long to dissontinue the phone; I would like to talk to a rep.!!!!!




Hmm.. In that case, I would suggest going to a Koodo Mobile store and personally handle the issue with a Koodo Mobile staff. Hope you fix the issue soon. Good luck!
