How can I contact someone about my phone service in order to pay my bill if it has already gon to a collection agency?
I need to speak to a person to change my plan. 1 800 575 9090 does not give that option ( after 20 minutes of listening to the wrong info). Please send the number to call to speak to a person. I know the plan I wish to change to.
Hi dave. You can get the contact information from the Rogers page. Once you get connected to a Rogers rep, they should be able to transfer you to the concerned department.
