I was super excited about Virgin mobile when I started in 2014 for coverage, fees and the possibility to switch plans at any time
A week ago I found out I could not switch plan and pay prorated
Of course it was written in the monthly agreement they send you with the changes but nobody reads it because they got lives
Now changed can be made only for billing cycles and only future ones (not retroactive)
That is a deal-breaker for me and I am cancelling
Hi Therese. Contact Virgin Mobile directly and inform them that you want to cancel your plan. If you're still on contract and want to cancel, you will be asked to pay for early cancellation. But if not, you can make the request and your plan will be cancelled within 30 days.
