How can you unblock an incoming call on the Sony Ericsson w600i?

I bought a sonny ericson w600i cell phone any way great phone. I have a little problem some one is calling me four times a day, and on my second hello they always hang up on me.The person always block their number when calling me. I went to my wireless company at home, in St Lucia to find out if i can unblock an incoming call the companys rep told me it can be done but he does not know how to do it.
Can any one tell me what to do to see this persins number. I would appriciate it
