For Fido, is airtime charged in addition to long distance rate?
for example, if I made a 10 mins long distance call, the cost will be $4 or $4+$3=$7.

Yes, you're right. Airtime is charged in addition to long distance rate.
How can I buy a prepaid package for my son's Canadan cell phone? That will allow him to recieve internatonal and local calls and TXT. I would pay with my credit card from new Zealand.
