Hi Jackir. Based on a forum I read, this error can be caused by the voicemail system trying to check in to see if you have any voicemail. This more than likely is the result of data not working on the phone. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the web or other internet services have stopped working as well.

Go ahead and try this to see if it will get it resolved

From the home screen, press the menu key, then select Settings. Go down to System Updates and then select Update Profile.

It will pop up a message with something along the lines of the Network is Preparing your services, please wait.

If that goes through successfully, I suspect that will clear up your issue. If not, let me know and we can figure it out for you.
