Does Koodo Mobile send out billing statement every month?

Stilll using my old phone with Bell, find this new one hard to understand. I am still waiting for a bill from Koodoo, haven`t used it but expect to pay for it each month. I signed up for this phone in Saint John at the kiosk, have had it since Dec but am still not familiar with it and may take it back for a simpler one, this one is just too much for me and I don`t need all the bells and whistles this one has!! Thank You!!

  • Hi Teddy. Koodo sends out paper billing monthly. If for some reason you're not receiving yours, you should contact Koodo to inform them that you have yet to receive your bill. There's also another option called E-bill. You can check your E-bill by logging into your Koodo Mobile self serve account. To do this, go to the Koodo Mobile page here in the Cell Phones Etc. website, click on "Manage Your Account". With self serve you can also pay your bills, change your plan or add-ons, check your airtime usage and you can even remove the chargeable paper bill option at any time. A paper bill cost you $2 each time while the E-bill option is free of charge.
