What are the rates for calls and text messages to UAE with Wind Mobile?
Do you have a rate for calls and text messages to UAE or middle east. what is the best plan to use for calls from london to york region in ontario?

For Genius plan, sending international text is unlimited. For all other plans, the pay per use rate is $0.25 per message or $5 per month for unlimited messages.
When calling to UAE from any Wind Zone, the rate is $0.50 per minute. When your "Away" it's $1.75 per minute.
As for calling from London to York in Ontario, you can choose between Brilliant plan (includes unlimited 24/7 province-wide calling) and Genius plan (includes unlimited Canada-wide calling).
