I want to know if a free phone is included with the $25 plan and which ones.

I already have cell phone, can I use it with wind ? Will I need a SIM Card from wind as well, if yes, where can I get purchase one?

You don't. If you want to get a good phone for free, you have to sign a contract with a plan of at least $60.
