Do any Canadian carriers offer unlocked phones?
Do any canadian mobile providers offer service without locking your phone so that you can change the sim card when travelling to europe or the us?

Canadian carriers only offer to unlock phones after your contract with them have expired. They can also unlock your phone anytime for a fee. Contact your carrier for further information.
