Did the Service Centre operators of PC Mobile get adequate training before they work there?

On Jan 2, 2015 I couldn't use my phone because there is a mistake incoming call that used up all my minutes. I had to go through three operators to have my problem solved. The first two said there is nothing they can do but push me to upgrade my phone for more minutes. Today I call 611 several times, the manager should be able to look at the records. Please answer my question.




Hi Eva. Just keep on calling PC Mobile . You'll get lucky and get hold of someone who's really willing to help you. Someone who will go an extra mile to resolve your issue. Just have more patience with them. Good luck!
