Will T-Mobile and Bell’s upcoming partnership offer a Couples Plan?

i was wondering since i've heard T-mobile is partnering with Bell. do u think its possible to have a couple plan??? See my boyfriend went to Chicago and he's using T-mobile and here i am in Calgary using Bell. And we talk to much... I'm confused :? :?:
