Why can't I hear callers on the Motorola EX431G?
I've had this phone 1 week and suddenly I can't hear callers or any thing when I call others. They hear me fine. What can I do?

The problem is in your phone's earpiece. Take your phone back to the store where you bought it and have it replaced.
